There are many changes and proposed changes to state and local laws every year.  Some have more impact than others on our township.  Links or narrative from some of these proposed and passed laws are listed below;

Public Act 509 - This act was passed into law.  It increases the drain assessment per mile from $2500 to potentially $5000.
